Markenpiraterie

Brand piracy now also with our premium filament.

In light of the recent events, we would like to warn you about seemingly cheap 3dk.berlin spools found on the Internet, which have even appeared on the platform Amazon.

Unfortunately, it has now also hit us, we were and are copied. Chinese suppliers offer filaments, which allegedly come from our house and this at sometimes very low prices. In this context, you should know that here at 3dk.berlin we employ 15 people at 2 different locations and also support the Mosaik workshop for the disabled in Berlin (https://www.mosaik-berlin.de/) by having all our shipping and spooling done there. Our commitment to education is also widely known (www.tutolino.net) and is part of our corporate culture. We stand by our social and also environmental responsibility, which is why, for example, we make our own spool cores from recycled PLA granules. Furthermore, as you surely know, all our ETP premium filaments are food safe. And of course we always strive to offer you the best solutions for 3D printing, such as our invention of the „Print out of the Box“ packaging concept, which comes with its own spool dispenser. Brand pirates try to profit from all our efforts and cheat us out of the reward of our work. If you see or hear about such offers, please be so kind and tell us directly. Help us catch these pirates. Many thanks from all of us!
